JSW One IPO 2026:<\/strong> JSW One Platforms Ltd has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP)<\/strong> with market regulator SEBI for a proposed initial public offering of up to \u20b93,054 crore<\/strong>. The filing, dated September 24, 2026, has also been made with the BSE and NSE. The IPO is subject to regulatory approvals and market conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The proposed issue combines a fresh issue of shares worth up to \u20b91,300 crore<\/strong> and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to \u20b91,754.01 crore<\/strong>. Shares in the OFS are proposed to be sold by JSW Steel, JSW Cement and Mitsui & Co.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The company reported significant growth in revenue during FY2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Revenue from operations increased 44.93% to \u20b95,743.39 crore in FY2026<\/strong>, compared with \u20b93,962.81 crore in the previous financial year. Its gross merchandise value (GMV) increased from \u20b912,564.84 crore to \u20b918,596.91 crore<\/strong> during the same period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, JSW One Platforms reported:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        However, the full FY2026 period still recorded a net loss of \u20b9106.4 crore<\/strong>, although this was narrower than the \u20b9217 crore loss reported in the previous year, according to Moneycontrol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        JSW One is targeting India’s large B2B manufacturing and construction ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        According to the 1Lattice industry report cited in the company’s IPO coverage, India’s B2B trade is estimated at around US$2 trillion<\/strong>. The addressable market for manufacturing products was estimated at approximately \u20b98.84 lakh crore in FY2026<\/strong>, while the construction-products market was around \u20b911.30 lakh crore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Digital penetration in India’s manufacturing and construction B2B commerce was estimated at only around 3% in FY2026E<\/strong>, according to the same report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
