However, audiences in Telangana and several other locations can watch the film earlier through special premiere shows on September 23.

The Telangana government has officially permitted a special show of The Paradise on September 23 at 6:30 PM. The approved ticket price for this special screening is ₹500, including GST. This gives fans an opportunity to watch Nani’s latest film one day before its official theatrical release.
Apart from the 6:30 PM special show in Telangana, premiere screenings are also being held in other parts of the South. Reports indicate that several premiere shows are scheduled from the evening onwards, with ticket availability depending on the theatre and location.
The Paradise Release Date
The official worldwide theatrical release date for The Paradise is September 24, 2026. The movie is directed by Srikanth Odela, who previously worked with Nani on Dasara. The upcoming film is positioned as a large-scale period action drama and is expected to release in multiple languages.

The Telangana government has also approved revised ticket prices for The Paradise. From September 24 to September 27, single-screen theatres can charge an additional ₹48 per ticket, including GST, while multiplexes and special theatres can charge an additional ₹95.
From September 28 to October 3, the permitted additional charge reduces to ₹23 for single screens and ₹45 for multiplexes and special theatres. The approved enhancement applies to up to five shows per day during the specified period.
The government order also directed the producers to contribute ₹1 crore to the Telugu Film Industry Employees’ Welfare Committee.
Advance Booking Creates Buzz
The film is also seeing substantial advance-booking activity. According to Sacnilk’s September 23 morning update, The Paradise had recorded ₹5.64 crore in advance bookings for the September 23 premiere shows, including block seats, with around 1.78 lakh tickets sold across 908 shows. Hyderabad was the leading city, contributing about ₹2.14 crore in premiere advance bookings.
For the September 24 opening day, Sacnilk reported around ₹17.36 crore in advance bookings including block seats, based on its early-morning snapshot. These are advance-booking figures and should not be confused with final box-office collections.
Latest Legal Update
Another major development ahead of the release is a court-related update. A Bengaluru court has granted interim protection concerning certain online content described in the proceedings as false and defamatory. The order restricts circulation of the specified content but does not prevent genuine reviews or legitimate criticism of the film.
